やっぱり「ER」のベントン先生が印象的でしたね。「ER」みたいな切羽詰った所に、この顔が居たら何だか安心するだろうなーと思います。でも私は「リバウンド」の監督も好きでしたし、「Biker Boyz」のキャメオ出演も大好きでした。「Rappin'」でラップしていた姿も忘れられません。

●^● バイオ

コネチカットのハットフォードで4人の兄弟と共に生まれ育った。里親の下で育ち、その後はニューヨーク大学に進み、演劇科で学士号を取得。その後にジュリアード大で2年演技の勉強をし、卒業前にシェークスピアに出演。この頃にスパイク・リーと出会っており、もう少しでリーの「She's Gotta Have It」に出る所だったが、SAG（スクリーンアクターズ協会）に入ってしまった為に出演出来なかった。「She's Gotta Have It」と同じ年の1986年に、マリオ・ヴァン・ピープルス主演の「Rappin'」でスクリーンデビューを果たす。その後はテレビシリーズにゲスト出演したりしていたが、1988年にエディ・マーフィ主演の「星の王子NYへ行く/Coming to America」で、マーフィの恋敵を演じて有名になった。そして1994年の大ヒットテレビシリーズ「ER」にて、ベントン先生を演じてスターの仲間入りを果たす。 1996年には、ドン・チードル主演のTV映画「Rebound」では、監督にも挑戦し、好評を得た。俳優に監督にと、マルチな才能を発揮している。
